SOANE is an all-rounder by design. We take a client the whole way — architecture, interiors, furniture and construction management, under one roof. End to end, no handoffs.

Most heritage projects are passed between hands — architect to interior designer to contractor — and value leaks at every seam. We hold the whole. The result is coherence: a building, its rooms and its details resolved as a single idea.

Conservation-led design for listed and historic buildings — restoration, repair, sensitive extension and reordering.

Interiors

Interiors resolved with the architecture, not bolted on afterwards — proportion, light and material, considered as one.

Furniture

Where a room asks for it, furniture designed and made to suit the building and the life within it.

Construction management

We see the building through to completion — programme, trades and quality held to account on site.

We prepare and submit the applications, then see the work through: technical design, the builders on site, the finished rooms.
